Job Title: General Manager – Factory Operations
We are looking for a hands-on General Manager to oversee the overall operations of our small-scale manufacturing unit (approximately 15 employees). The ideal candidate will have experience in production management, workforce supervision, and day-to-day factory operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily factory and production operations.
- Supervise and manage shop-floor staff to ensure productivity and efficiency.
- Plan and monitor production schedules to meet operational targets.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and maintain a safe working environment.
- Address operational issues and drive continuous process improvements.
- Maintain discipline, quality standards, and smooth workflow across the facility.
Requirements
- Proven experience in manufacturing or factory operations management.
- Strong leadership and workforce management skills.
- Hands-on approach to production and operational problem-solving.
- Good understanding of workplace safety practices.
Experience: 5+ years in factory/manufacturing operations (preferred)
