Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the planning and execution of software development activities to meet project goals.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment on project deliverables.
- Manage end-to-end delivery operations by building high-performing teams, aligning analytics programs with business goals, overseeing stakeholder communication, project planning, risk management, and continuously improving analytics platforms and delivery processes.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure Data Services.
- Experience with cloud-based data storage, processing, and analytics solutions.
- Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance data solutions.
- Familiarity with integration of data services with various application architectures.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities with experience managing large-scale delivery teams, driving strategic initiatives, operational excellence, cross-functional collaboration, and enterprise reporting and data integration programs.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Microsoft Azure Data Services.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
- Experienced Data & Analytics leader with strong expertise in Microsoft Azure platforms including Azure Data Factory (ADF), Azure Databricks, and Azure AD, with proven success in data engineering, cloud transformation, governance, and enterprise analytics delivery.
