Job Title: Receptionist / Administrator

Job Summary:
We are looking for a smart, well-presented, and organized Receptionist/Administrator to manage the front desk, handle administrative tasks, and ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors professionally.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and courier management.
- Maintain visitor records and office documentation.
- Coordinate meetings and manage conference rooms.
- Support administrative and office coordination activities.
- Manage stationery and office supplies.
- Assist HR and other departments with day-to-day administrative tasks.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in Reception/Admin role.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Presentable, organized, and customer-focused.
Salary: Best as per industry standards

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
