Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day retail store operations smoothly
- Assist customers in product selection and provide excellent customer service
- Achieve sales targets and support store profitability
- Maintain proper merchandising and attractive product display
- Monitor stock availability and ensure shelves are replenished properly
- Follow FIFO practices and check product expiry regularly
- Support stock checking, inward and outward activities
- Handle billing activities and maintain cash accuracy
- Reduce stock loss, damages, and wastage
- Maintain cleanliness and proper store standards
- Prepare daily sales and stock reports
- Coordinate with team members for smooth store operations
Requirements
- Any Degree / Diploma
- 1–5 years experience in Retail / Supermarket / FMCG industry
- Good communication and customer handling skills
- Basic knowledge of billing software and computer operations
- Knowledge of stock handling and inventory management
- Ability to work in rotational shifts
- Immediate joiners preferred
