We are looking for a passionate and experienced Software Trainer with 2+ years of hands-on training experience in any of the following skills -Java, Python, MERN Stack, Data Analytics, or Networking to deliver high-quality training sessions at Elysium Academy.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging classroom and hands-on training sessions in the assigned technology domain
- Develop course content, lesson plans, study materials, and assessments
- Assess and monitor student progress through tests, assignments, and project evaluations
- Provide mentorship and guidance to students on projects and real-world applications
- Customize training sessions to accommodate different learning speeds and backgrounds
- Ensure training quality meets academy standards and student satisfaction goals
- Stay updated with latest industry trends and incorporate them into training content
- Coordinate with the academic team for curriculum updates and student evaluations
- Maintain training records and submit student progress reports regularly
Qualification
- B.E / B.Tech / MCA / M.Sc in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- 2+ years of experience as a Software Trainer / Faculty in any of the above domains
- Strong subject knowledge with hands-on practical experience
- Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills
- Prior experience in an IT training academy or EdTech company preferred
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
