Job Description
We are looking for a Trainee Supervisor to assist with interior site activities and coordinate with workers and the factory team.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in supervising daily site activities.
- Coordinate with workers and factory teams.
- Monitor work progress and site requirements.
- Assist with material checking and measurements.
- Follow up on material delivery and installation.
- Report site progress and issues to the Project Manager.
- Ensure proper quality, finishing, and housekeeping.
Requirements
- Around 6 months of experience in interior/site work.
- Basic knowledge of interior works is sufficient.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to learn and take responsibility.
- Ability to travel to project sites when required.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
