Job Summary
Tachyon Technologies is hiring an experienced US IT Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in end-to-end US IT recruitment, sourcing, and working on multiple IT requirements.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full US IT recruitment lifecycle.
- Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and Boolean search.
- Screen, coordinate interviews, and manage candidate communication.
- Work on multiple IT technologies and client requirements.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and achieve hiring targets.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of US IT recruitment experience.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and candidate sourcing.
- Knowledge of W2, C2C, 1099, visa types, and US staffing.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
