Beakite is a growing travel agency specializing in domestic, international, and corporate travel solutions. We are looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated interns who are eager to learn sales, business development, and client relationship management in the travel industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Research potential clients and identify new business opportunities.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging travel trends and customer demands.
- Create, organize, and maintain prospect lists using spreadsheets or CRM/lead tracking tools.
- Generate qualified leads through online research, social media, networking, and other channels.
- Support client communication through email, phone calls, and messaging platforms.
- Follow up with prospective clients and maintain regular communication.
- Schedule meetings and coordinate appointments with potential customers.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities.
- Assist in preparing travel quotations and proposals for clients.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely responses to inquiries.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential corporate and individual clients.
- Identify partnership opportunities with businesses, organizations, and travel affiliates.
- Track sales progress and prepare weekly reports on lead generation and conversions.
- Stay updated on travel destinations, packages, pricing, and industry trends.
- Assist in promotional campaigns and marketing initiatives to generate new leads.
- Meet assigned weekly and monthly lead generation and sales targets.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong internet research and organizational abilities.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Familiarity with CRM or lead management tools is an advantage.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Passion for travel, sales, and customer service.
