We are hiring Senior Baristas and Baristas who are passionate about coffee, customer service, and teamwork. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with espresso-based beverages, excellent communication skills, and a positive attitude.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, espresso-based beverages, teas, and other café drinks.
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, and brewing equipment efficiently.
- Ensure consistency in beverage quality and presentation.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards.
- Welcome guests warmly and provide excellent customer service.
- Recommend menu items and upsell when appropriate.
- Handle customer queries and resolve concerns professionally.
- Monitor stock levels and report inventory requirements.
- Follow café opening, closing, and operational procedures.
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen and service teams.
Additional Responsibilities (Senior Barista)
- Lead the barista team during shifts.
- Train and mentor new team members.
- Ensure recipe adherence and quality control.
- Assist with inventory management and wastage control.
- Support the Shift In-charge in daily café operations.
Requirements
- Barista: 1–3 years of café or coffee shop experience.
- Senior Barista: 3+ years of experience in specialty coffee or premium café operations.
- Knowledge of espresso extraction, milk steaming, latte art, and coffee equipment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong teamwork and time management skills.
