Job Title: Senior Freight Brokerage Operations Coordinator

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Freight Brokerage Operations Coordinator with a strong background in the North American transportation and logistics industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for shipment execution, customer support, carrier coordination, documentation, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and track shipments from pickup to final delivery.
- Coordinate with carriers, dispatchers, and customers for shipment updates.
- Handle shipment documentation, PODs, rate confirmations, and load entry.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve operational issues promptly.
- Support pricing, RFI/RFP preparation, and rate quotation activities.
- Maintain TMS, CRM, customer portals, and operational records.
- Identify and escalate shipment delays, service failures, and billing discrepancies.
- Collaborate with brokerage, carrier sales, accounting, and customer service teams.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of continuous experience in freight brokerage, logistics, trucking, freight forwarding, or 3PL operations.
- Mandatory experience in North American transportation.
- Strong knowledge of shipment tracking, carrier communication, POD management, rate confirmations, detention, TONU, appointment scheduling, and accessorial charges.
- Hands-on experience with TMS, CRM, Microsoft Excel, and Outlook.
- Excellent English communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
