We are looking for a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Compliance Officer with experience in the NBFC sector and a strong background in Law, along with working knowledge of Company Secretary (CS) functions. The ideal candidate will ensure the organization's compliance with RBI regulations, Companies Act, and other applicable laws while supporting corporate governance and regulatory filings.

Ensure compliance with RBI regulations, NBFC guidelines, Companies Act, FEMA, and other applicable laws.

Monitor and implement regulatory changes impacting the organization.

Draft, review, and vet legal agreements, contracts, notices, policies, and other legal documents.

Coordinate with internal departments to ensure regulatory and statutory compliance.

Assist in Board Meetings, Committee Meetings, preparation of agendas, minutes, and maintenance of statutory records.

Support Company Secretary-related activities, including ROC filings, MCA compliances, and secretarial documentation.

Liaise with regulators, auditors, legal advisors, and government authorities.

Conduct compliance audits and prepare periodic compliance reports for management.

Develop and update compliance policies, SOPs, and internal controls.

Identify compliance risks and recommend corrective actions.

Ensure timely submission of statutory returns and regulatory reports.

LLB / LLM (Mandatory)

Additional qualification of CS (Qualified/Inter/Professional) will be preferred.
