Oversee end-to-end daily operations across all stores.
Manage store performance, productivity, and operational efficiency.
Supervise riders, ironing staff, and store teams.
Ensure adherence to SLAs, TATs, and service quality standards.
Monitor inventory, company assets, and store audit compliance.
Resolve operational escalations and customer concerns promptly.
Coordinate with Logistics, Customer Support, Sales, and Marketing teams.
Track daily operational KPIs and prepare MIS reports.
Drive new store launches and ensure operational readiness.
Implement SOPs, process improvements, and operational compliance.
Optimize manpower utilization and operational costs.
Ensure seamless execution of daily order fulfillment.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
