Restaurant Manager –
A Restaurant Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant and ensuring excellent guest service, smooth functioning, staff discipline, and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day restaurant operations
- Supervise restaurant staff and allocate duties
- Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction
- Handle guest complaints professionally
- Monitor food quality, hygiene, and cleanliness standards
- Prepare staff duty rosters and attendance
- Coordinate with kitchen and service teams
- Monitor inventory, stock, and purchase requirements
- Ensure billing and cash handling accuracy
- Achieve sales targets and control operational costs
- Train and motivate team members
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs and safety standards
Skills Required
- Leadership and team management

- Knowledge of restaurant operations
- Basic computer/POS knowledge
Qualification
- Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management preferred
- Experience in restaurant or hospitality operations
Reporting To
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
