Job Summary

Responsible for end-to-end logistics and supply chain operations, including transportation management, warehouse operations, vendor coordination, and inventory control. The role encompasses planning and executing inbound/outbound freight, managing logistics partners, ensuring on-time delivery, monitoring fleet and distribution performance, and maintaining compliance with regulatory and safety standards.
Ensures cost-effective logistics operations, accurate inventory records, and seamless coordination across procurement, operations, and customer service teams. Cost and analysis, reducing the cost, transit time with regards to local and international freight, custom duties and other inputs. GR Clearance, other allied export & import statuary & regulatory bank obligation. Documents need to be furnished for EDPMS and IDPMS. Along with the above, documents are made ready for Export incentive realisation (drawback (credits from Govt.), ROSCTL, RODTEP and others).

● Ability to analyze logistics data to identify inefficiencies, forecast future trends, and assess different operational scenarios.
Qualification
Minimum: Graduate / Postgraduate in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration.
Relevant Experience
- 10+ years of industry experience, proficiency in software like ERP and WFX, and strong skills in inventory control, team leadership, and budget negotiation.
- Certifications (Optional but advantageous): Professional certifications like APICS CPIM, CSCP, or Six Sigma significantly boost marketability.
- Deep proficiency in Supply Chain Management (SCM) platforms, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Transportation Management Systems (TMS), and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software like SAP/WFX.
- Supervisory levels require a minimum 4–5 years of direct team leadership or project management experience.
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
