As a Junior Executive in the International Operations team at Manipal Hospitals, you will play a key role in facilitating and supporting the hospital's international patient services. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting with patient inquiries, coordinating with various departments to ensure seamless service delivery, and helping to manage the logistics associated with international patient care. You will be tasked with maintaining strong communication with overseas clients and stakeholders, providing them with necessary information about services offered, treatment options, and hospital protocols. Additionally, you will play a part in organizing travel arrangements, accommodation, and other support services for international patients and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to inquiries from international patients and their families in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with medical and administrative staff to provide comprehensive information regarding treatment, services, and costs.
- Assist in managing patient records and documentation pertinent to international operations.
- Facilitate the logistics for international patient arrivals, including transportation and accommodation arrangements.
- Maintain regular communication with international healthcare partners and stakeholders.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance the experience of international patients.
- Assist with marketing and outreach efforts aimed at attracting international patients to the hospital.
- Support compliance with international healthcare regulations and hospital policies.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with hospital management software.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Problem-solving capabilities and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of international healthcare processes and protocols is a plus.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages are an advantage.
