Job Title: Video Editor & Content Producer
Organisation: Nimaya Foundation (https://www.nimaya.in/)
Location: Mumbai
Work Mode: On-ground field visits plus remote work; Full-time
Engagement Period: Minimum 1 year engagement period
What's exciting about this role?
Every day at Nimaya, stories unfold that deserve to be seen: A young Naari overcoming self-doubt and using AI for the very first time, a first-generation learner creating and presenting marketing ideas for a real company; a Naari uplifting not just herself, but her sister and her mother as she learns and grows.
Your role is to capture these moments and transform them into films, reels and stories that inspire thousands more such young women to upskill and become AI-enabled, not AI-replaced.
This is not just a video editing role. It's an opportunity to shape how people experience Nimaya through authentic, emotionally compelling storytelling.
If you're passionate about filming, creating engaging short-form videos and building narratives that create impact, this role is for you.
