We are looking for a dynamic and responsible Civil Site Supervisor cum Engineer to oversee our ongoing construction projects and manage client relations. If you are a proactive problem solver with a background in civil engineering and a knack for managing on-site operations, we want you on our team.
Key Responsibilities Site Supervision: Conduct regular site visits to monitor work progress, ensure quality control, and maintain safety standards. Customer Relations: Attend customer calls, address their queries, and provide regular updates on project status. Problem Solving: Identify on-site issues or structural challenges and implement quick, effective solutions. Coordination: Coordinate daily activities with laborers, contractors, and material suppliers to ensure timely project completion. Requirements & Qualifications Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree (B.E. / B.Tech) in Civil Engineering. Transport: Must own a two-wheeler for daily commuting and site travel. Documentation: Must possess a valid driving license. Safety: Strictly mandatory to wear a helmet during travel and site operations. Skills: Strong communication skills, client-handling abilities, and a practical approach to problem-solving. Salary & Benefits Salary Package: ₹15,000 to ₹20,000 per month (commensurate with experience). Allowances: Separate Petrol Allowance provided for official site visits. Compliance: Statutory compliance and working conditions strictly as per Indian Labour Law.
