You’ll make an impact by:
- Designing optimized test automation frameworks that meet business requirements and improve test coverage.
- Consulting stakeholders on automation scope, tools, timelines, and proposals to support informed decisions.
- Aligning with global teams to develop and deliver test cases consistently across projects.
- Leading the test automation team to deliver quality outcomes and maintain execution momentum.
- Mentoring team members to strengthen capability, consistency, and delivery standards.
- Communicating progress, risks, and outcomes clearly to stakeholders throughout the automation lifecycle.
- Enhancing existing automation frameworks or building new ones from scratch to support business needs.
- Improving delivery by troubleshooting scripts, verifying results, and resolving automation issues effectively.
- Bringing 8–10 years of test automation experience, including designing optimized automation frameworks.
- Applying hands-on expertise in at least two tools, such as Worksoft Certify, UFT, Selenium, or Playwright.
- Writing, verifying, and troubleshooting test scripts across functional and non-functional testing scenarios.
- Using Jenkins and Git to support automation development, execution, and version control.
- Understanding application architecture from UI to database to design effective automation approaches.
- Analysing traces and logs from different tools to identify issues and support resolution.
- Collaborating with offshore, global, and European stakeholders while coordinating activities independently and proactively.
- Adapting to new technologies and contributing creative, detail-oriented solutions for complex testing challenges.
