Key Responsibilities:
Preventive and breakdown maintenance of moulds and tooling.
Troubleshooting issues in injection moulds.
Maintenance of tool room machines (VMC, Milling, Lathe, Grinding).
Tool modification and corrective maintenance.
Ensure minimum downtime of moulds during production.
Maintain maintenance records and reports.
Coordinate with production and quality teams for mould performance.
Ensure safety standards and 5S practices in tool room.
Required Skills:
Knowledge of plastic injection moulding tools.
Experience in mould assembly and disassembly.
Basic understanding of hydraulics and pneumatics.
Ability to read engineering drawings.
Problem-solving and analytical skills.
Hands-on experience in tool room machinery.
