We are looking for an experienced Telecaller to join our growing Skin & Hair Clinic in Ayanavaram, Chennai. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and prior experience in telecalling, preferably in the skin, hair, beauty, wellness, or healthcare industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
- Explain clinic services and treatments to prospective patients.
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into appointments.
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with patients.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and appointment-booking targets.
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of telecalling experience (mandatory).
- Candidates with experience in Skin & Hair Clinics, Dermatology Clinics, Beauty Clinics, Wellness Centers, or Healthcare Services will be preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in Tamil is mandatory; knowledge of English is preferred.
- Good persuasion and customer service skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and experience with CRM or appointment management systems is an advantage.
