Job Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Architect with strong expertise in Autodesk Revit to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 3–6 years of professional experience in architectural design, BIM modeling, and project execution. This role requires the ability to independently lead design development, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, and deliver high-quality architectural solutions while meeting project timelines.
A portfolio showcasing completed architectural projects is mandatory for consideration.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead architectural design and BIM modeling using Autodesk Revit.
- Develop concept, schematic, design development, and construction documentation.
- Produce detailed architectural drawings, layouts, sections, elevations, and working drawings.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, and project teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Review and maintain BIM standards, model quality, and documentation accuracy.
- Resolve design conflicts and provide practical technical solutions.
- Conduct design reviews and ensure compliance with local building codes and industry standards.
- Mentor junior architects and support project teams with technical guidance.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure timely delivery of project milestones while maintaining high design quality.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture.
- 3–6 years of professional architectural experience.
- Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit (mandatory).
- Strong knowledge of BIM workflows and project coordination.
- Experience in preparing GFC/Construction drawings and architectural documentation.
- Good understanding of building regulations, construction methods, and detailing.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Navisworks, Lumion, Enscape, or other visualization software is an added advantage.
- Strong communication, presentation, and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently with minimal supervision.
- Leadership mindset with excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Mandatory Requirements
- Portfolio of completed architectural projects (Mandatory).
- Demonstrated experience in handling projects independently.
- Strong Revit-based project execution experience.
- Ability to work in a Remote, Hybrid, or In-Office environment.
Preferred Qualities
- Experience working on residential, commercial, industrial, or mixed-use projects.
- Knowledge of BIM standards and clash detection.
- Experience collaborating with international clients is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to design excellence.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
