Job Summary
Trustify HR Services is looking for a passionate and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple clients across Manufacturing, Engineering, Textile, Logistics, IT and Corporate sectors. The ideal candidate should be confident in candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination and closing positions within timelines.
Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for client requirements.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, Apna, Job Hai, HR WhatsApp Groups, Telegram, Facebook and employee referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct telephonic HR interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with clients and candidates.
- Follow up with candidates until joining.
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment tracker.
- Build a strong talent pipeline for ongoing and future requirements.
Client Coordination
- Understand client job requirements and hiring expectations.
- Share suitable profiles within defined timelines.
- Coordinate interview schedules and collect feedback.
- Ensure smooth communication between clients and candidates.
Reporting & Documentation
- Update daily recruitment tracker and MIS.
- Maintain interview, offer and joining records.
- Generate daily and weekly recruitment reports.
Required Skills
- Strong candidate sourcing and recruitment skills.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed and social media hiring.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word and Google Sheets.
- Strong follow-up, negotiation and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
