About the Role
Namo eWaste, a listed leader in e-waste recycling and ITAD, is setting up its new Hyderabad plant and is looking for an Admin & HR Executive to own people operations and facility administration on-site. This is a hands-on role combining plant HR (recruitment, statutory compliance, payroll inputs, worker welfare) with administration (security, housekeeping, vendor coordination, statutory registers) to keep day-to-day plant operations smooth and compliant.
What You'll Do — HR
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for plant roles: operators, helpers, supervisors, security, and staff
- Maintain employee records, onboarding/exit documentation, and personnel files
- Handle daily attendance, leave, shift rosters, overtime; compile monthly payroll inputs
- Ensure statutory compliance — Factories Act, Contract Labour Act, EPF, ESIC, PT, Minimum Wages, Telangana labour rules
- Verify contract labour compliance (PF/ESI challans, wage registers, ID cards)
- Drive worker welfare, grievance redressal, discipline, and induction/safety training
What You'll Do — Admin
- Oversee housekeeping, gate security/access control, canteen, transport, and general upkeep
- Maintain statutory & operational registers, rubber stamps, and document control (audit-ready)
- Coordinate vendors for supplies, AMC, uniforms, and PPE
- Support licensing & statutory liaison (TSPCB, Factory Licence, Labour Dept., Fire)
- Manage petty cash, admin expenses, and purchase requisitions
What We're Looking For
- 3–6 years in HR & Admin, ideally in a plant/manufacturing setup
- Graduate / MBA / MSW in HR or related field
- Sound knowledge of labour laws and factory statutory compliance
- Hands-on with attendance/payroll systems, Excel, and HRMS tools
- Comfortable managing a blue-collar / contract workforce
- Fluency in Telugu, Hindi, and English preferred
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
