Job Summary
Riddhiz is looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Telecaller Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling customer inquiries, generating leads, following up with prospects, and converting inquiries into customers. Strong communication skills and a customer-first approach are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Explain Riddhiz's products and services clearly and professionally.
- Generate and qualify leads through telecalling.
- Follow up with interested customers to maximize conversions.
- Answer customer questions and resolve basic queries.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions in CRM or Excel.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets.
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead handovers and customer follow-ups.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
Requirements
- 12th Pass, Diploma, or Graduate in any discipline.
- Freshers are welcome; 6 months to 2 years of telecalling, telesales, or customer service experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English. Knowledge of regional languages is an added advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, CRM tools).
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
