We’re hiring a skilled Short-Form Video Editor for Luma Edit Lab.
We’re looking for someone experienced in editing Reels, TikToks and YouTube Shorts — someone who understands pacing, hooks, retention, captions and clean delivery systems.
This is not just a “cut clips and export” role. We need thinking editors who can understand content, improve flow and make videos perform better.
Responsibilities:
Edit 5–15 short-form videos per day
Add clean, modern animated captions
Use AI tools for repurposing and scaling content
Follow structured folder and delivery systems
Deliver within 24–48 hours
Apply feedback quickly
Maintain consistent export settings and quality
Requirements:
2+ years of editing experience
Strong understanding of retention-based editing
Experience with Premiere Pro, Final Cut or CapCut Pro
Comfortable using AI tools like Descript, Opus, Runway, etc.
Strong internet connection
Fluent English communication
Reliable availability
Nice to have:
Motion graphics skills
Hospitality or personal brand editing experience
Experience working with agencies
