We're looking for a customer-centric and proactive Customer Support Executive who can deliver exceptional customer experiences through WhatsApp, phone calls, and seamless coordination with internal teams. Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer interactions via WhatsApp and phone calls
Resolve product, order, delivery, and service-related queries
Coordinate with logistics and courier partners for smooth operations
Manage NDR, RTO, and shipment-related follow-ups
Assist customers with order tracking, modifications, and updates
Ensure professional, timely, and effective communication at all times
Required Skills:
2–3 years of experience in Customer Support, Customer Service, or Tele-calling
Excellent verbal and written communication in Hindi & English
Strong customer handling and problem-solving abilities
Good multitasking skills
Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple stakeholders
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
