Production Head
Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Production Head to lead CNC/VMC manufacturing operations and ensure timely production, quality compliance, resource utilization, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage CNC/VMC shop floor operations.
- Plan and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly production activities.
- Ensure achievement of production targets and delivery schedules.
- Monitor machine utilization, productivity, and OEE.
- Coordinate with Quality, Purchase, Stores, and Programming teams.
- Ensure compliance with AS9100D, ISO standards, and audit requirements.
- Handle customer and vendor coordination related to production activities.
- Lead, train, and develop production teams while driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- BE/B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- 9–12 years of experience in CNC/VMC manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of production planning, shop floor management, CNC machining, and quality systems.
- Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Background
Aerospace, Defence, Aviation, Precision Engineering, or CNC Manufacturing Industry.
Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
