Job Summary :
Customer Service / CRM Executive
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback while ensuring high customer satisfaction. Maintain customer relationships, support sales activities, and coordinate with internal teams to provide timely resolutions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Welcome and Receive the Valuable Customers
- Resolve customer complaints and service requests promptly.
- Conduct follow-ups to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
- Coordinate with sales and store teams for issue resolution.
- Collect customer feedback and share insights with management.
- Ensure professional and courteous communication at all times.
Required Skills :
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Problem-solving and complaint-handling ability.
- Good interpersonal and relationship management skills.
Eligibility / Qualification :
- Any Degree / Diploma.
- 0–3 years of experience in customer service, CRM, or retail support (Freshers can apply).
- Good communication skills in Tamil; English is an added advantage.
