Erinlabs is building a Human-First AI Hybrid operating model for US businesses. Clients speak with an accountable human team that designs the right combination of people, AI agents, software and specialist execution for their business, this role owns its defined business outcome across multiple client accounts.
Role mission
Own the client-to-execution bridge. Understand the client's business, convert founder and client conversations into accountable work, coordinate shared specialists and DevTeam, maintain one source of truth, protect trust and close commitments.
What you will own
- Own day-to-day communication and operating confidence for two to three US client businesses.
- Translate incomplete discussions into priorities, owners, dependencies, deadlines and client-safe updates.
- Coordinate growth, content, CRM, website, automation and development work without becoming a passive follow-up coordinator.
- Maintain action trackers, meeting notes, decisions, risks, scope changes and weekly client scorecards.
- Handle escalations calmly, disclose problems early and protect the relationship without hiding delivery facts.
- Identify revenue, retention, automation and service-improvement opportunities inside each client account.
- Use AI for research, analysis, drafting and workflow support while retaining human judgment and accountability.
Success in the first 90 days
- Every client has a current action plan, owner, deadline, risk and next update.
- No material client commitment remains untracked or silently delayed.
- Client issues are acknowledged quickly and converted into recovery plans.
- Shared specialists and Dev Team receive clean requirements and acceptance criteria.
Required experience and capability
- At least two years of direct US-client operations, account management, customer success, founder support or consulting delivery.
- Experience coordinating multiple clients, accounts or business functions - not only one internal product or department.
- Professional spoken and written English suitable for US founders and business owners.
- Evidence of personally owning outcomes under ambiguity, not only supervising or forwarding tasks.
- Working knowledge of CRM, project trackers, sales/marketing workflows and practical AI tools.
- Permanent ability to work from the Zirakpur office during US-aligned night hours.
Preferred evidence
- Healthcare, education, local-service, ecommerce, agency or multi-account operating experience.
- Experience with CRM cleanup, website projects, marketing handoffs, implementation or process design.
- Ability to challenge founders respectfully when facts, client trust or delivery quality are at risk.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
