Key Responsibilities:
● Lead Oracle Unity (CDP) architecture, implementation, and integration initiatives.
● Design scalable customer data platform solutions aligned with business objectives.
● Collaborate with business stakeholders to define customer data and digital transformation
strategies.
● Integrate Oracle Unity with Oracle Fusion and other enterprise applications.
● Drive customer data unification, segmentation, and activation use cases.
● Provide architectural guidance and best practices for Oracle ecosystem implementations.
● Support enterprise digital transformation initiatives leveraging Oracle technologies.
● Ensure solution scalability, security, and performance across customer data platforms.
Required Skills:
● 10+ years of overall IT experience.
● Extensive experience working across the Oracle ecosystem.
● Strong hands-on experience with Oracle applications, including Oracle Fusion.
● Minimum 1–2 end-to-end implementations of Oracle Unity (CDP) for enterprise customers.
● Strong understanding of Customer Data Platforms (CDP) and customer data management.
● Experience designing and implementing enterprise-scale Oracle solutions.
● Knowledge of customer data integration, identity resolution, segmentation, and activation.
● Strong solution architecture and stakeholder management skills.
● Excellent communication and client-facing capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
● Oracle certifications.
● Experience in Oracle CX, Marketing, or Digital Experience platforms.
● Experience in enterprise data architecture and cloud-based Oracle solutions.
● Understanding of digital transformation programs and customer engagement strategies.
● Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
Preferred Skills:
● Experience supporting Audit, Compliance, or enterprise business applications.
● Knowledge of cloud operations, governance, and security controls.
● Exposure to KPI reporting and operational metrics.
● Familiarity with ITIL-based support environments.
● Experience driving automation and operational process improvements.
Pay: Up to ₹110,000.00 per month
