Before Surgery (Pre-Operative)
- Check patient identity, medical history, and signed consent forms.
- Prepare and clean the operation room and sterile trays.
- Help the anesthesia team set up safe drugs and machines.
- During Surgery (Intra-Operative)
- Scrub Nurse: Stays in the sterile zone, hands tools to the surgeon, and tracks sterile items.
- Circulating Nurse: Stays outside the sterile zone, manages machine power, and records events.
- Count all surgical tools, needles, and sponges before and after the operation.
- After Surgery (Post-Operative)
- Move the patient safely to the recovery room.
- Write complete medical notes and update records.
- Clean and restock the room for the next patient.
Pay: ₹10,152.35 - ₹33,213.33 per month
