We are seeking a highly responsible, disciplined, and detail-oriented Purchase & Inventory Executive to take complete ownership of the supply chain and raw material management for our food brands, House of Momoji and Viplavam Food Lab.
You will be the first and final line of accountability for our stock. Your primary goal is to ensure our production team has zero stockouts of critical ingredients while minimizing food waste, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring that every single physical item entering or leaving our storeroom is perfectly recorded in our ERP system (Odoo).
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Inventory Ownership & Audits: Monitor physical stock levels daily against minimum thresholds. Conduct regular weekly stock counts to identify and correct any inventory discrepancies.
- ERP Purchase & Inventory Management: Generate Purchase Orders (POs) inside Odoo before ordering from vendors. Digitally "Receive" incoming items in Odoo the moment they physically arrive to ensure real-time inventory accuracy.
- Vendor Management: Act as the main point of contact for all raw material and packaging vendors. Negotiate prices, track delivery timelines, monitor vendor credit terms, and verify invoice accuracy.
- Goods Receipt & Quality Check: Physically inspect all arriving raw materials for correct quantities, optimal freshness, and expiry dates before accepting them into the warehouse.
- Storage Optimization: Organize the storeroom systematically, ensuring that First-In, First-Out (FIFO) practices are strictly followed to prevent ingredient spoilage or expiration.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
