- Oversee daily quality checks throughout the production process to ensure compliance with product standards. - Quickly troubleshoot and resolve quality-related issues on the production line, minimizing production delays. Work closely with the procurement and store teams to ensure consistent raw material quality.Lead R&D initiatives to enhance product quality and optimize production processes. - Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement process changes.Ensure smooth communication with vendors for procurement and troubleshooting purposes.- Address material quality issues with vendors and ensure prompt resolution through clear communication.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
