About the Role:
We are looking for a performance-driven Meta & Google Ads Executive / Sr. Executive to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in running result-oriented campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and driving ROI-focused strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and manage paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram Ads) and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max)
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis
- Optimize campaigns for conversions, CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS
- Create and manage ad copies, creatives, and A/B testing strategies
- Monitor daily campaign performance and provide actionable insights
- Manage campaign budgets efficiently and ensure optimal utilization
- Generate regular performance reports and present insights to stakeholders
- Track and analyze user behavior using tools like Google Analytics
- Stay updated with latest trends, tools, and platform algorithm changes
- Coordinate with internal teams (creative, content, and tech) for campaign execution
Requirements:
- Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and performance marketing
- Proficiency in tools like Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics
- Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, and tag management
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines
- Preferably from E-Commerce, Healthcare etc.
Preferred Skills:
- Certifications in Google Ads and/or Meta Blueprint
- Experience with e-commerce, lead generation, and app campaigns
- Familiarity with tools like Google Tag Manager, SEMrush, or similar
