Roles and Responsibilities of Sales Team
A Sales Team is playing a very crucial role in driving the company's revenue and growth. Their responsibilities are multifaceted and require a mix of interpersonal skills, market knowledge and strategic thinking. Their roles and responsibililies are as follows:
* Product Knowledge: Ensure complete knowledge of the project-inventory. Amenities. Approvals, Club House, Floor Plans Master Plan, Vaastu etc.
* Accompanying Clients: SIMs should accompany client during visits of property, advising them on the sultablity and value of the home they are inspecting.
* Clients: Should be able to identify the potential clients by assessing their need like, budget, location, timelines, type of units elc
* Follow Up: A rigorously follow up with clients post site visils for closures
* Maintain CRM Database: Shall update the remarks in CRM on daily basis.
* Target Meeting: Should be able to strategies their plan well to meet their monthly target aligned with the company's goals.
* Market Knowledge: Should stay updated about the market trend like new launches/ pricings it any and use this knowledge to provide clients with insights and comparison that highlight the advantage of our properties. Avoid mentioning negative about the competitors but should have thorough knowledge of them.
* Maintaining Relationships: Should maintain a good rapport/ relationships with clients even post bookings and asking for references. Should be able to communicate properly about the referral campaign

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
