We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Intern to support our Human Resources team and gain practical experience in HR operations and talent management.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals and social media platforms.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Support onboarding and induction activities for new employees.
- Assist in preparing HR documents, letters, and reports.
- Help manage attendance and leave records.
- Coordinate employee engagement and team-building activities.
- Handle basic HR administrative tasks and documentation.
- Support recruitment drives and campus hiring initiatives.
- Ensure confidentiality of employee information and company data.
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of HR functions and recruitment processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Eligibility
- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- MBA (HR) students and fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
