Trip Sailors is building one of India's fastest-growing networks of local sightseeing guides. We partner with hotels and help their guests enjoy hassle-free private sightseeing experiences while creating an additional revenue stream for our hotel partners.
We're looking for ambitious sales professionals who are excited to build relationships, close partnerships and generate booking, and earn performance-based incentives.
What You'll Do
- Contact hotels via phone calls and WhatsApp.
- Introduce company services.
- Build long-term relationships with hotel owners, managers, and reception staff.
- Follow up with interested hotels.
- Update daily sales activity in Google Sheets.
- Achieve monthly targets.
Who We're Looking For
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English
- Confident speaking with business owners.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
- Laptop, smartphone, and reliable internet connection.
- Previous sales experience is a plus, but motivated freshers are encouraged to apply.
Compensation
- Fixed Salary: ₹9,000 per month
- Performance Incentive: Earn a percentage of the revenue generated from your successful bookings.
- No earning limit — the more business you generate, the more you earn.
