We are looking for skilled, high-energy instructors to join our vibrant virtual team!
Role Overview
We are seeking energetic and passionate Online Hula Hoop Instructors to conduct personalized, one-on-one virtual sessions. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in hula hooping, a flair for leading engaging online sessions, and the ability to teach beginners and intermediates in a creative, highly encouraging manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Virtual Classes: Conduct personalized, one-on-one online hula hoop classes for a diverse range of learners.
- Customize Lessons: Tailor choreography, flow, and lesson plans based on the individual student's skill level and fitness goals.
- Drive Engagement: Keep virtual sessions highly interactive, fun, and motivating.
- Form & Safety: Ensure students learn proper technique, flow, and tricks safely through clear on-camera demonstrations.
- Track Progress: Provide regular, constructive feedback and encouragement to help students improve.
Requirements
- Expertise: Strong proficiency in hula hoop tricks, flow techniques, and fitness routines.
- Experience: Minimum 1 to 2 years of teaching or performance experience (online or offline).
- Audience Management: Highly comfortable, encouraging, and patient when conducting fitness sessions for a diverse virtual classroom, including beginners and young learners.
- Communication: Clear verbal communication skills in English and/or Hindi.
- Tech & Space Setup (Must-Have): A reliable computer, a stable high-speed internet connection, and a clean, open, well-lit space to teach and demonstrate movements clearly on camera.
Work Schedule & Mode
- Schedule Flexibility: Flexible scheduling options available across weekdays and weekends.
- Workload: Instructors can choose to work 4 to 5 hours per day depending on their availability and batch allocation.
- Employment Type: Both part-time and full-time positions are available.
- Work Mode: 100% remote position.
