Job Summary:
Responsible for conducting final inspections of vehicles before customer delivery, ensuring all repairs meet OEM and dealership quality standards, minimizing repeat repairs, and enhancing customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform final vehicle inspections and road tests.
- Verify completion of repairs as per job cards and OEM standards.
- Identify and rectify quality issues before vehicle delivery.
- Ensure vehicle cleanliness and readiness for handover.
- Coordinate with technicians and service teams for corrective actions.
- Maintain quality records and support audits.
- Monitor KPIs such as repeat repairs, first-time fix rate, and customer satisfaction.
Required Skills:
- Strong automotive technical knowledge and diagnostics.
- Understanding of OEM quality standards and workshop processes.
- Problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting.
Qualification:
- Diploma/B.E. in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in FQC, workshop quality, or service operations in Relevant industry.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
