About the Role
We are looking for a skilled Mobile Automation Engineer to join our QA team and help ensure the quality and performance of our mobile applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in mobile test automation, framework development, and CI/CD integration for Android and iOS platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for mobile applications
- Build scalable automation frameworks using Appium
- Execute functional, regression, smoke, and end-to-end testing
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and QA teams to identify test scenarios
- Analyze test results and report defects with detailed documentation
- Integrate automation suites with CI/CD tools like Jenkins
- Perform API testing and backend validation where required
- Ensure application quality across multiple devices and OS versions
- Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and agile ceremonies
Required Skills
- Strong experience in mobile automation testing
- Hands-on experience with Appium
- Good knowledge of Java or Python
- Experience with testing frameworks such as TestNG or JUnit
- Familiarity with Git and CI/CD pipelines
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Knowledge of API testing tools like Postman is a plus
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- Experience testing both Android and iOS applications
- Knowledge of cloud device platforms such as BrowserStack or Sauce Labs
- Exposure to performance or security testing is an advantage
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,100,000.00 per year
