Job Overview
The candidate will be responsible for conducting quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, and problem-solving skills, and preparing them for placement assessments and interviews.The candidate should be passionate about teaching and helping youth build confidence for placements and future career opportunities.The role also involves mentoring learners, supporting placement readiness activities, tracking student progress through assessments, support centre operations & implementations.
Roles and Responsibilities
● Conduct aptitude and reasoning training sessions
● Prepare students for placement assessments and tests
● Develop practice exercises and learning materials
● Track student progress and performance
● Provide additional support to students when required
● Maintain training records and attendance reports
● Support placement readiness activities
● Ensure an engaging and learner-friendly classroom environment

Minimum Eligibility Requirement
Education Qualification: Graduate in Mathematics, Engineering, or related field preferred
Experience: 1–3 years of teaching/training experience preferred
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
