Together, both brands operate within the hospitality and lifestyle ecosystem, working closely with hotels, architects, designers, and procurement teams—offering complete product solutions across ceramics, tableware, and textiles.
About the Role
We are looking for a result-driven Sales Executive who understands the home & lifestyle and hospitality space, and can build strong connections within HoReCa, retail, and B2B segments. This role will contribute to sales across both Kalakriti and Orbit Decor, focusing on identifying the right audience, building relationships, and converting opportunities into long-term business.
Key Responsibilities
Market Research & Lead Generation Identify target audiences across HoReCa, hospitality, retail, and corporate gifting. Build and maintain a qualified lead database. Research potential buyers, decision-makers, and procurement teams.
Outreach & Communication Initiate contact via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels. Present product offerings from both brands with clarity and relevance. Drive engagement through consistent and professional communication.
Understanding Buyer NeedsUnderstand client requirements, usage, and project needs. Recommend suitable products across ceramics, tableware, and textiles. Position offerings as complete solutions, not just individual products.
Sales & Persuasion Build trust and credibility with clients. Effectively communicate product value, quality, finish, and usability. Handle objections confidently and convert leads into orders.
Follow-ups & Conversion Maintain structured follow-up cycles. Track conversations and move leads through the sales funnel. Ensure timely closure of deals and repeat business.
Relationship Management Build long-term relationships with clients. Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing. Ensure a seamless client experience from inquiry to delivery.
Requirements
3–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in home & lifestyle / HoReCa / hospitality textiles. Strong understanding of ceramics, tableware, or textile product categories is preferred. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Comfortable with cold outreach and client acquisition. Self-driven, organized, and target-oriented.
