Designation: Junior Product Owner

We are looking for Junior Product Owners / Associate Product Owners who are recent MBA / PGDM graduates and are interested in building a career in Product Management and Digital Product Development.
This is an entry-level position suitable for candidates who demonstrate strong analytical thinking, communication skills, business understanding, curiosity, and the ability to structure ambiguous problems.
The selected candidates will work closely with experienced Product Owners, Product Managers, Business Analysts, UX teams, Engineering teams, QA teams, and other stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into clear and actionable product requirements.
Educational Qualification
MBA / PGDM from a recognized institution
Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience
Experience
0–2 years
Fresh MBA graduates are encouraged to apply
Relevant internships, academic projects, case studies, or exposure to product management, business analysis, or digital technology will be an advantage
Technology Awareness : they should be comfortable working in a technology environment and willing to understand basic concepts related to:

Product Management internship

Management Trainee experience
Experience working on MBA product or technology projects
Exposure to Agile / Scrum
Basic understanding of user stories and acceptance criteria
Basic understanding of UX/UI concepts
Familiarity with Jira or similar tools
Basic data-analysis skills
Strong Excel and presentation skills
Experience conducting market or competitor research
Understanding of SaaS or digital products
Exposure to customer research or business analysis
