Key Responsibilities:
- Source and secure freight loads from shippers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with carriers and customers.
- Negotiate competitive freight rates to maximize profitability.
- Coordinate shipments from pickup to final delivery.
- Track loads and provide timely updates to clients.
- Resolve shipment issues and ensure exceptional customer service.
- Maintain accurate records using TMS/CRM and logistics platforms.
Requirements:
- 6 months to 3+ years of experience in Freight Brokerage or US Logistics.
- Strong English communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of load boards such as DAT, Truckstop, or similar platforms is preferred.
- Ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving and relationship management skills.
