- Prior housekeeping experience (often 1–3 years)
- Leadership/supervisory experience
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, safety standards, and inventory management
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts and occasionally assist in cleaning when needed
Staff Management- Assign cleaning tasks to housekeeping staff and inspect work to ensure standards are met
- Schedule shifts, organize replacements, and monitor attendance/tardiness withe+1

Quality Control- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and common areas
