Job Description
We are looking for skilled RPA Developers with strong hands-on experience in UiPath to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing automation workflows while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful automation solutions.
Role Overview
The role involves designing, developing, and testing automation workflows using UiPath, deploying RPA components, supporting implementations, and creating technical documentation. Strong SQL knowledge and familiarity with UiPath Document Understanding and RE Framework are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and test automation workflows using UiPath Studio
- Deploy bots, robots, repositories, and logging tools through UiPath Orchestrator
- Support implementation and deployment of RPA solutions
- Create process and end-user documentation
- Ensure automation quality through QA processes
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, QA teams, Scrum Masters, and stakeholders
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Troubleshoot production issues and support deployments
- Maintain expertise in SQL, UiPath Document Understanding, and RE Framework
Required Skills & Experience
- 1–4 years of experience in RPA Development
- Strong hands-on expertise in UiPath
- Experience in SAP, Web, and Excel Automation
- Good knowledge of UiPath Orchestrator, queue management, and scheduling
- Hands-on experience with SQL, APIs, Excel Macros, and workflow automation
- Familiarity with SDLC and Agile methodologies
- Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Immediate joiners preferred
- Candidates based in Thane, Mumbai, or nearby locations preferred
- Availability for Face-to-Face Interview
- UiPath Certification (Preferred)
