:
- Follow up with clinicians if patient visits are completed, complete orders, complete patient charts, respond to clinician messages, plot all types of patient visits, monitor missed visit reports, and perform other associated tasks.
- Drive process improvements and implement best practices to optimize service workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with operational protocols and healthcare regulations.
- Conduct regular meetings with peers, Team Leads, and Managers to resolve concerns, if any.
- Coordinate with healthcare teams and international stakeholders to support smooth operational processes and timely service delivery.
- Ensure adherence to compliance guidelines, quality standards, and company protocols in all daily operations.
- Demonstrate ownership and accountability in all assigned responsibilities.

- Educational Qualification: Any Bachelor’s degree (BA, BSc, BCom, or better).
- Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in BPO, healthcare operations, customer service, or related international process roles.
- Communication Skills: Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Process Expertise: Strong understanding of operational workflows, quality processes, and healthcare support operations.
- Adaptability: Comfortable working in night shifts and handling dynamic business requirements.
- Customer-Centric Approach: Strong commitment to delivering professional and empathetic support.
