We're hiring a Growth & Distribution Intern at AM:PM.
AM:PM is short-form news for people who left the news behind. Every story gets two sides: The Take and The Flip. We're pre-launch and building our growth engine from zero.
If you're the person who already knows why a reel blew up before anyone explains it, who studies trends and digital media for fun, who has opinions on why some content travels and some dies, this is built for you.
You don't need years of experience. You need curiosity and speed. We'll teach you the rest: how algorithms actually work, how to engineer reach, how to seed something so it spreads, how to reverse-engineer virality and rebuild it on purpose.
What you'll be doing:
- Studying why content spreads and making ours spread
- Running seeding across groups and communities
- Learning to engineer for the signals that move the algorithm: saves, shares, watch time, early velocity
- Testing what works, killing what doesn't, moving fast
Who fits:
- You live on Instagram, YouTube, and X and actually notice the patterns
- You study trends and digital media, formally or on your own
- You want to learn growth by doing it, not reading about it
- You move fast and ship daily
