Key Responsibilities Develop and implement social media marketing strategies. Manage Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms. Create attractive posts, reels, videos, stories, and promotional content. Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns. Generate quality leads through social media campaigns. Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for promotional activities. Respond to customer inquiries and messages professionally. Monitor social media performance and prepare regular reports. Stay updated with the latest social media trends and digital marketing strategies. Help increase followers, engagement, reach, and brand awareness. Required Skills Good knowledge of Facebook and Instagram marketing. Knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and paid campaigns. Basic knowledge of Canva, video editing, and content creation. Creative thinking and good communication skills. Ability to create engaging reels and promotional videos. Knowledge of lead generation and digital marketing. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Qualifications Graduate or equivalent qualification. Experience in social media marketing is preferred. Freshers with strong social media and creative skills may also apply. Performance Expectations Increase social media reach and engagement. Generate quality business leads. Create regular promotional content. 1 Maintain a consistent brand presence across all platforms. Submit weekly and monthly performance reports.
