Recruit candidates for positions such as Facility Manager, Assistant Facility Manager, Helpdesk Executive, Housekeeping Staff, Security Personnel, Technicians, and other site-level roles.

Schedule interviews and ensure timely candidate follow-up.

Coordinate offer roll-out, salary negotiations, and candidate joining formalities.

Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.

Ensure timely closure of vacancies as per manpower requirements.

Coordinate with site teams and operations managers to understand hiring needs.

Support onboarding and documentation of new employees.

Experience Required: 2–5 years in Recruitment, preferably in Residential Apartments, Facility Management Services (FMS), Property Management, or Staffing Industry.
